ActKit was born from a vision to make research-based psychological tools accessible to everyone, at no cost. Our goal is to provide a safe and simple space for self-practice during moments of stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck — and to help you return to acting in line with your values.

What is ACT?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a proven treatment method from the third wave of CBT. The approach, developed by Prof. Steven C. Hayes, focuses on building psychological flexibility.

Rather than trying to "silence" negative thoughts, ACT teaches us to stay with unavoidable pain without letting it run our lives. Through the Hexaflex model, we practice six core principles:

Absolutely. ActKit operates to a strict privacy standard: no data is stored on any server. Everything you write stays on your device only and is deleted when you close the page. We have no tracking cookies or Google Analytics.
